Where is my order?
Every piece is made to order, requiring approximately four weeks to complete.
Should this timeframe be exceeded—which, rest assured, has never happened—please feel free to reach out for a status update.
If an order is expected to take longer than four weeks, we will inform you directly and confirm whether you’d like to proceed.
Your patience is always appreciated as we ensure each piece meets our highest standards.
When will you start holding stock?
Our made-to-order approach has proven successful, with no compelling reason to change it.
This method is not only efficient but also significantly reduces waste. Rather than mass-producing garments and employing psychological tactics to push them onto consumers, we craft each item with a specific individual in mind—someone who appreciates our work enough to patiently wait for four weeks.
This approach also ensures that our products remain exclusive, avoiding oversaturation in the market.
Do you have premises where I can try samples for fit?
At present, we do not maintain a permanent space for customer appointments.
However, our seasonal trunk shows offer an intimate setting to explore and try on select styles firsthand. For those seeking a more personal experience, we can arrange private fittings in central London (service fee applies).
Our retail partners also stock a curated range of our designs, allowing you to explore our pieces in-store.
Do you offer bespoke tailoring?
We do not offer bespoke tailoring as standard; however, we are open to considering custom requests, depending on our availability. Please feel free to reach out to explore your specific requirements.
How do your suits and jackets fit?
Our fit is unstructured, defined by a relaxed drape and an extended shoulder line.
Achieving softness in fine tailoring—and working with the fluid fabrics we favor—demands skill and precision. To this end, we avoid rigid canvassing and favor luxury fusible interlinings from Freudenberg and Kufner, which allow the fabric to move naturally.
Structured tailoring, with its reliance on canvassing, imposes conformity on the fabric, while our unstructured method coaxes elegance from the material itself.
Are you sustainable?
We are guided by cradle-to-cradle design methodology, which is reflected in our three core principles: 1) the use of natural materials, 2) keeping production local, and 3) maintaining a sustainable pace that allows natural resources time to renew.
We recognize that garments, like all natural things, have a finite lifespan, which is what makes them special. What distinguishes our approach is the consideration for the end of life of our products. Our garments are designed with the intention that they can seamlessly reintegrate into the ecosystem when they eventually reach the end of their useful life. This "cradle-to-cradle" philosophy ensures that our creations don't contribute to the problem of textile waste but instead become part of the solution by renewing the natural cycle.
