This is a nehru blazer with our signature mandarin collar, the Meridian, that’s embellished with five gilt buttons. There is light padding in the shoulder in a neat, contemporary shape, while the rest of the jacket dissolves into the immaculate drape of the fabric. Rigid canvassing was eschewed in favor of broader front facings and a gauzy, lightweight interlining, and the blazer is buggy-lined in silk to maintain its breathability and movement. This blazer contains an internal left breast pocket and two jetted front pockets.

This wool is almost miraculous in terms of its softness and drape, but for the ultimate in comfort, we’ve lined this blazer in pure silk. Cupro and viscose linings feel cold to the touch, moreso in winter, and since we envisioned this blazer being worn next to the skin, we wanted the feeling of pure silk, with its natural, insulating properties, against the skin.
